Orders over $50 ship free via ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. Thanks to our centrally located shipping hub, you’ll receive your order quickly! Orders under $50 will have a calculated shipping charge at checkout.
Same-Day Shipping on Most In-Stock Items
- Place your order by 2 p.m. CT Monday through Friday, and it ships the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. CT or on weekends will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Items with different shipping lead times will be noted on product pages or at checkout.

Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders
A signature is required for all orders over $300 to ensure secure delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Vacuum Cleaners – Risk-Free Trial Policies
30-Day Trial – All Vacuums (Excluding Miele C3 Series)
All vacuum models are eligible for a 30-day trial, except for Miele’s C3 Series, which comes with a 60-day trial (see below).
Trial Details:
- Pre-paid return shipping is available for the first 7 days after delivery.
- A Return Specialist will provide a pre-paid, fully insured return label and an RMA number upon request.
- Simply box up your vacuum in its original packaging with all accessories, print the return label, and drop it off at a shipping center.
- After the first 7 days, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Trial Period Terms & Conditions:
- Returned products must be in like-new condition with all original accessories. Missing or damaged parts may result in rejection or replacement fees.
- Limit one trial period per customer. Additional vacuums purchased after the initial trial period will not qualify for another trial.
60-Day Trial – Miele C3 Series
To ensure the Miele C3 is the perfect fit for your home, we offer an extended 60-day trial on all Miele C3 models.
Trial Details:
- Pre-paid return shipping is available for the first 7 days after delivery.
- A Return Specialist will provide a pre-paid, fully insured return label and an RMA number upon request.
- Simply box up your vacuum in its original packaging with all accessories, print the return label, and drop it off at a shipping center.
- After the first 7 days, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Standard Returns – All Other Products
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be in brand-new, resalable condition with its original packaging, manuals, and all included materials.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
- Refunds may be adjusted if the product does not meet return conditions.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be provided before returning any item. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
- Please allow 3-5 additional days for the credit to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, except in cases of damage or defect upon receipt. These include:
- Used Austin Air Purifiers
- All Large Commercial Products, including:
- Commercial Vacuums
- Commercial Air Purifiers
- Commercial Floor Scrubbers
- Commercial Extractors
- Commercial Steam Cleaners
- Commercial Buffers
If any of these items arrive damaged or defective, the manufacturer will replace them. However, they cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason.
Cancelled Orders
Orders can be canceled at any time before shipment without penalties, charges, or restocking fees.
- Orders typically ship the same day if placed before 2 p.m. CT on weekdays.
- If an order has already shipped, shipping costs (ground, 2nd-day, or overnight) will apply if cancellation is requested after shipment.
