  • All Other Vacuum Models – Benefit from a 30-day trial period on all other vacuums.

Free Return Shipping – If you decide to return your vacuum within the first 7 days, we’ll provide a pre-paid, fully insured return label for hassle-free returns.

After the first 7 days, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Standard Returns – Easy & Transparent

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Product must be in brand-new, resalable condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the return.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return due to shipping costs, manufacturer policies, or health/safety concerns:

  • Large or special-order items (e.g., industrial vacuums, steam cleaners, air purifiers)
