Shipping will be Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air, depending upon the Miele product. The type of shipping each product qualifies for is noted on the ordering table on the product page and also on this page. All other orders over $60 receive free UPS Ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Applicable shipping charges (UPS Ground) will be added to orders totalling less than $60. Shipping Schedule Orders that are received and processed by 2 p.m. CT Monday through Friday ship the same day unless otherwise noted. Orders placed received and processed after 2 p.m. CT Monday through Friday ship the next business day. All orders received Saturday and Sunday are processed and ship the next business day. Orders paid by money order are shipped upon receipt of funds. Orders paid by Echeck are shipped 10 days after the order is placed. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.ReturnsAny product (excluding rotary irons, portable air conditioners and dehumidifiers) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in saleable condition with all of the original packing materials and instruction manuals. All returned products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Rotary iron, portable air conditioner and dehumidifier products are not returnable; defective units will be replaced or repaired per the specific warranty.
